The FY19 budget's on to the Governor! He can approve, veto, or reduce the budget as a whole or by line items, so we need to voice our support for the items affecting regional districts and make sure they stay IN. You can reach his office at 617.725.4005, and our items in the current version of the budget are:
- Budget Account #7035-0006: $68.8M (80%) reimbursement in Regional School Transportation
- Budget Account # 7061-0012: $319M (75%) reimbursement in Circuit Breaker
